New York Croatia Soccer Club Celebrated its 48th Anniversary

On Saturday May 1, 2010 New York Croatia Soccer Club celebrated its 48th Anniversary with a dinner dance,  at the Croatian Center in Manhattan. In its storied history, NY Croatia was a beacon of Croatian pride in the greater New York area. It won several championships in the Cosmopolitan League, many invitational tournaments and league cups. This tradition is carried today by players Vjekoslav Luburic, Marko Loncar, Filip Loncar, Damir Penava and Luka Kokot.
