These days few new competent restaurants remain open for more than a year, even restaurants that once received  a four star rating are no longer around, but for 30 years Villa Berulia  shines bright  in its Manhattan 34 St and Park Avenue location. There are reasons why its educated client base keep coming back, the delicious morsels imprinted on the menu is just one of them but there is more to the story of this family owned restaurant.
